  • The item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable) are included.
  • The product is not listed under our Non-Returnable Items section.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Perishable goods such as batteries (unless defective upon arrival).
  • Items that have been installed, used, or altered.
  • Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Software or digital products (if applicable).

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if eligible.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Ensure the product is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Ship the Product: Send the package to the return address provided in your RMA approval. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, or damaged during shipping), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • If the return is due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 business days. If the item meets our return conditions, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.


6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • It may take additional time for banks or financial institutions to process the refund.
  • If applicable, a restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Exchanges and Replacements

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement.
  • Exchanges for a different item or variant are subject to availability.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verifying the issue.


9. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow the return process after receiving the item.
